The Gold Car

This incident happened in one of the multi storey carparks in Makati City.One of my friend, Alvin (not his real name), has the habit of washing his car during the wee hours around 11pm to 1am after he finished his work or errands.
One night as usual, he went to his favorite spot to wash his car. While he was washing his car, he noticed a lady was also washing her car at the other end of the car park. From the distance, he saw that the color of the car was very unique, it was gold in color. At that point in time, Alvin only wanted to quickly finish up the washing of his car as he needs to rush back home to catch a TV show. Therefore, he continued with the washing.
After he finished washing his car, the lady was already gone. A sudden thought came into his mind that he wanted to take a look at the unique gold color car which he had never seen before. He walked swiftly towards the direction of the gold car and to his horror……….it was a car made of paper… He was so frightened and rooted then. Only after a few seconds, he plucked his feet off the ground and ran as fast as he could to his car and sped home…
Since then, he never washed his car during the night especially if he is alone.

Something in My Room

Well, you might think that some of these experiences are just things that you would brush off your shoulder, and just call weird, but please keep reading until the very end.

It was about the year 2000 when some strange things started to happen to me...
The first thing I thought that was uncanny was that I have this music box that never plays. No matter how much I toy with it, it never plays. One day I was out shopping with my mother and when we came home, we could here a tune being played ("somewhere out there" was the tune) from the book shelf in the living room. The music box was playing. My mom and I definitely thought it was weird, but for the most part, just brushed it off our shoulders.

The next weird thing was that...well...let me tell you something. I love candles. I love everything about them. Their color, their design, their smell, their flame etc. Going back to the point, I love to keep them in my bed room. I was out shopping again and when I got home and I went to my room, all the candles that I had out were all lit. Now, this incident, I didn't just brush off my shoulder so quickly. Now I was thinking something was going on that I did not know about at the time.

The next incident was a really big one were I had just gotten into my bed (this is about two weeks later than the last incident) and shut off the lights. I like to lay in my bed for a while, thinking about the day before I drift off to sleep. Well this particular night, I didn't drift off to sleep so easy. When I was laying there, I saw a shadow of some sort kind of drift into my room. It was all black, but you could see it had the outline of a man with a hat and a cape. He stood there at the end of my bed, I felt a sense of being looked at. I was so scared, I was frozen with fear. After a while of standing and looking at me, "it" disintegrated. I don't think I got any sleep that night.

The 5 Most Typical Paranormal Experiences

Paranormal experiences are actually far more normal than most of us think and believe. The prefix "para" means a lot of things simultaneously, but in the case of paranormal experiences, it refers to those experiences which are beyond normal human comprehension or even scientific explanation. Once there, they are able to observe and learn of events and facts that they could never have otherwise. Astral projection is also believed by many to be an experience that can be self-induced at will. A form of self-hypnosis is induced and the essence of your being is set free. Of course, spontaneous astral projection requires no catalyst and destinations are not predetermined by the individual. In such cases, it is believed that the causal body is on an unknown, but much needed journey.



Deathbed Messages:

- Many times, people who are the verge of death deliver their final messages to the living that may be near them. They want us to know that they are going to be alright when they pass. They try to offer us a final message of wisdom and something that we can smile about and be happy about when we think of them after their passing. They often come out of seemingly catatonic states to deliver these messages.

- Many times, these deathbed messages seem eerie to the survivors, even scaring them. We are all so perplexed throughout our lives as to what the afterlife holds. Deathbed messages give some understanding to what that may be.

Ghosts:

- Ghosts, spirits, apparitions: they have been around us all for all of time - even if we do not "believe" in them. Ghosts are a part of all of our lives. Who can say that they haven't felt unseen eyes upon them? Who can be sure that certain happenings in their lives haven't been directly caused by spirits? Who can say that they have never told or listened to ghost stories with fascination and a wondering mind?

- Poltergeists and other spirit activities are not simply ghost stories told at camp firesides. They are proven, documented, even filmed real life experiences. They are uncommon in the Hollywood style, yet they still surround us always. People are most often too afraid to admit the possibility of a ghost presence near them. People fear what they do not understand. However, there are many who believe and swear by their own very personalized ghost stories.


NDE:

- NDE, Near Death Experiences are one of the more commonly felt paranormal experiences. Commonly, they involve the individual being drawn towards a centralized, intense light source. They may describe feeling a "magnetic" pull into it. There are many who have been pronounced clinically braindead for several minutes before inexplicably springing back to life. There have been people that have set straight up in their beds after having been taken to a morgue.

- The experience of dying is only fully understood by those who have completed the process. Near death experiences are said to give most who have them a new and more profound understanding of life. They often emerge more appreciative and undergo dramatic personal transformations. They want to maximize the positivity of their remaining life after they have brushed the eternal.




Precognitive Dreams:

- There have been many psychologists throughout history that specialize in the interpretation of our dreams. A dream is the subconsciousness' movie theater. Dreams are said to hold much more power and meaning than they are commonly given credit for. Everyone has dreams, but precognitive dreams are another matter. Many times, people all over the would experience precognitive dreams that give them advance warnings of events that have yet to transpire. Sometimes, they are warnings. Sometimes, they are invitations. Other times, they are providers of information that the dreamers just shouldn't be privy to. There is great power in our dreams. We need to pay attention to them and try to remember them.



Paranormal experiences are quite normal indeed. People worldwide experience these types of events every day. Many people are gifted to be able to not shy away from these experiences. Instead, they embrace them and learn from them. The next time that you feel that you have had a paranormal experience, pay attention and try to decipher exactly what it is trying to tell you about.

HAUNTED DOLL SOLD ON EBAY!

Ben writes, "This doll was recently for sale on eBay. The auction stated that the doll was given to a young girl in the hospital before she died. After the death of the girl the doll began to take on a life of it's own. Some of the activity was beginning to scare the family until they finally gave it away. The new owner promptly sold it on eBay."

Closet

Open your closet, don't turn on the light. Make sure you have one match with you. Step inside and close the door. If the lights outside of the closet are on, this will not work. Nor will it work if it is daylight. The only room you need is enough for slight mobility.

Stand in the darkness for about two minutes, since that's all that's needed. Now, take the match and hold it in front of you and say, "Show me the light or leave me in darkness." If you begin hearing whispers light the match immediately. If you don't hear anything, and the match doesn't ignite on it's own then don't turn around. If you light the match too late or not at all after hearing whispers, something will grab you from behind and pull you into what seems like a forever fall into darkness.

If you do manage to light the match in time and nothing happens after, open the door slowly and get out, then close the door but do NOT look inside. From then on, never look inside your closet without the light on at all. Some say if you leave your closet open during the night you can see the demon watching you with two red eyes that glow like matches.

Baby Buddha Pears

Hang time: Baby-shaped pears will soon be coming to a supermarket in the UK

For Britain's struggling fruit farmers, things could be about to go even more pear-shaped...

A Chinese farmer has invented baby-shaped pears - and he is planning to export his novel idea there.

Plucky farmer Gao Xianzhang has created 10,000 of the mini marvels this season and he plans to take the fruits of his labour to the UK and Europe.

Britain could soon see the arrival of the pears, which are shaped like mini buddhas.

If the idea catches on, sales of the mini pears could hit the profits of British farmers who are already struggling to fend off sales of cheaper foreign produce in recession-hit Britain.

Gao spent six years perfecting the intricate baby-shaped pears, carefully crafting each one which grows inside an individual mould.

Despite their hefty cost of £5 each, locals in his home village of Hexia, in Hebia, northern China, have reportedly been snapping them up.

'People seem to think they are cute or lucky and will buy them as soon as they're off the tree,' Gao explained.

Luckily for Gao, he should have few problems getting his quirky shaped fruits past EU officials.

In July, wonky shaped fruit and vegetables such as curvy cucumbers and knobbly carrots returned to supermarket shelves after EU rules restricting the size and shape of 36 types of fruit and vegetables

For the last 20 years, EU-wide marketing standards have encouraged the sale of finest-looking produce for sale in shops

Time to Sleep: Unexpected...

Thanks to those who left comments in my blog, I really appreciate it. Well, lots of things have been happening to me lately. So I guess I am kind of confused. Anyway, things will be better, I know and I would finally find the "meaning of my life" in Heaven's own time.

Something funny and kind of weird happened (again) to me yesterday, but this time it happned when I was on my way to work. I was walking towards our office and I was very sleepy, we were asked to render 1 hour pre-shift overtime and I didn't get enough sleep. And then suddenly I heard a voice at my side, asking me what time it was. I replied that it was almost 6pm.

I thought that was it, and I kept on walking. I noticed that he was walking in stride with me and suddenly he spoke again, asking me where I was going off to. I was suprised and I lokked at him carefully at that time and I noticed that he was a cute guy wearing a t-shirt and khaki shorts. I answered, just around the corner and then I walked a little faster, hoping to shake him off.

But he remained at my side and he asked me where I work. Of course, I was not born yesterday. I am not about to disclose personal information with someone off the street. So I just smiled politely and continued to walk. But the persistent boy followed me and finally he asked me if I wanted to get his number. The nerve! I almost ran, thankfully he got the hint and finally left my side.

I am of the opinion that he was a streetwalker. I mean, I don't think anyone would take notice of me like that. Besides, shouldn't he be asking for my number and not asking if I wanted to get his number? Hehehehe. Anyway, it kind of amused me at that time.

The Girl in the Picture

One school day, a boy named Tom was sitting in class and doing math. It was six more minutes until after school. As he was doing his homework, something caught his eye.

His desk was next to the window, and he turned and looked to the grass outside. It looked like a picture. When school was over, he ran to the spot where he saw it. He ran fast so that no one else could grab it.

He picked it up and smiled. It had a picture of the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. She had a dresson and a mysterious smile on her lips, and her hand was formed into a peace sign.

She was so beautiful he wanted to meet her, so he ran all over the school and asked everyone if they knew her or have ever seen her before. But everyone he asked said "no." He was devastated.

When he was home, he asked his older sister if she knew the girl, but unfortunately she also said "no." It was very late, so Tom walked up the stairs, placed the picture on his bedside table and went to sleep.

In the middle of the night Tom was awakened by a tap on his window. It was like a nail tapping. He got scared. After the tapping he heard a giggle. He saw a shadow near his window, so he got out of his bed, walked toward his window, opened it up and followed the giggling. By the time he reached it, it was gone.

The next day again he asked his neighbors if they knew her. Everybody said, "Sorry, no." When his mother came home he even asked her if she knew her. She said "no." He went to his room, placed the picture on his desk and fell asleep.

Once again he was awakened by a tapping. He took the picture and followed the giggling. He walked across the road, when suddenly he got hit by a car. He was dead with the picture in his hand.

The driver got out of the car and tried to help him, but it was too late. Suddenly he saw the picture and picked it up.

He saw a cute girl holding up three fingers.

An Apple a Day...

Have you ever heard the expression "an apple a day keeps the Doctor away?" Most assume, with no reason to think otherwise, that it is simply an easy-to-remember rhyme that stresses the importance of eating healthily to young children. But the saying did not originate as a harmless reminder. It was born in a frontier town in the early years of the gold rush, where food was scarce and money even scarcer.

One August, when a bad drought had struck the region, a series of bloody killings swept through the town. Every night, a single house would be broken into, and anyone who saw the invader would be swiftly, brutally slain. Nothing was ever stolen, save for a few scraps of food.

After two weeks of this, the local grocer set out a few apples and a glass of milk in the town square overnight. He then hid in the tower of the church, hoping to catch a glimpse of anyone who came by.

Fighting fatigue, the grocer waited for any sign of life below. Just after midnight, he was rewarded by a chilling sight; a man, carrying a black bag stuffed with dully shining metal tools and covered from head to foot in cloth bandages, staggered into view. He paused at the sight of the apples and milk, and then whipped his head around, as if looking for the one who dared to patronize him. Seized with fear, the grocer ducked out of sight, staying hidden 'til sunrise.

The strange man had only taken one of the apples, and didn't even touch the glass of milk. No houses were broken into, and no one was killed. For decades, the town continued to place out an apple or two every night, even long after a single apple stopped disappearing.

Haunting Face Crying A River Of Tears

Tears of Mother Nature: The image of a crying face looming from an icy cliff wall was taken at the Svalbard archipelago in Norway

At first glimpse it looks like any other glacier you might find in the freezing Arctic wastes of Norway.

But on closer inspection an eerie face is depicted in the melting ice wall that appears to be crying a river of tears.

The forlorn-looking 'Mother Nature' figure appeared to locals during a thaw, with the melting ice and snow falling towards the sea below.

The striking image of the Austfonna ice cap, located on Nordaustlandet in the Svalbard archipelago, would seem certain to be heavily used by environmentalists protesting against climate change.

Elsewhere on the glacier water from melted ice pours into the sea

Rising sea levels caused by melting ice caps are one of the most worrying effects of global warming and experts warn swathes of low-lying countries will be left under water.

The picture was captured by marine photographer and environmental lecturer Michael Nolan while on an annual voyage to observe the glacier and its surrounding wildlife.

A glacier expert has confirmed the ice cap carrying an image of Mother Nature 'crying' has been continually shrinking by as much as 160 feet every year for several decades.

Jon Ove Hagen, a member of the World Glacier Monitoring Service (WGMS) and professor in geosciences at Oslo University, Norway, has been studying the Austfonna ice-shelf since 1988.

Austfonna is Norway's largest ice-cap. It sits on the island of Nordaustlandet in the Svalbard archipelago.

Mr Hagen, 59, said: 'Austfonna, at over 3,000 square miles, is by far the largest ice cap in Svalbard and one of the largest in the Arctic.



Retreat of glacier fronts at Austfonna over a 12-year period average a frontal retreat of about 160 feet-per-year.

'The geometry of the ice cap is changing. The fronts are retreating, the lower parts are getting thinner, with a thinning rate of about three feet-per-year while the interior of the ice cap is thickening with about 1.6 feet-per-year.

'The ice cap is losing about 1.6 cubic miles of ice every year.'

Asked if the rapid shrinking of Austfonna was a concern to the WGMS, he said: ' It is of course a concern, but not more than in other parts of the world were we see even more rapid changes than here.'

Worryingly, however, the scientist says there are even more dramatic changes being observed in other ice-masses in the region.

He said: 'The large ice cap of Austfonna seems more stable that other smaller ice masses in the western part of the archipelago were larger changes are observed.'

Austfonna is Europe's second largest ice-cap after the Vatnajvkull in Iceland and the seventh largest in the world.

The giant slab - made entirely of fresh water - is 1800 feet at it's thickest point and rises to a towering 2600 feet above sea level.

Mr Hagen has worked on glacier changes in the Svalbard region of Norway over the last 25 years. He is currently leading co-ordinating a project to establish the effects of environmental damage on the Svalbard archipelago

I ran across this site site which features secrets of people that were sent thru a postcard. Its probably a safe way of sharing your secret, I mean, at least you can maintain your anonymity but you fell somewhat relieved that whatever it is inside of you, you have shared it to someone else.
