Before I go to sleep, I just want to share a very strange thing that happened when I was on my way home from work this morning. You guys probably know by now that I am used to strange things, this blog is all about strangeness. BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT.

Okay, let me tell you the story. I was walking my way home, already within the vicinity of the subdivision where I reside. I was listening to music on my ipod, just walking normally not rushing and enjoying the cool weather, when suddenly I noticed this girl walking a few distance before me. She was wearing a grey t-shirt and blue shorts, she was kind of chubby and she looked like she was freshly showered. Nothing unusual about her, nothing demanding more than passing interest, or so I thought at the time.

Suddenly she turned and gazed at me. I didn't think anything of it, people are naturally curious and maybe she was just checking who was walking in the street with her. Suddenly she made this "L" sign with her right hand and placed it on her forehead. At that time, I didn't understand immediately what it meant, I thought she wanted to ask the time (some people are always asking for the time, can't they afford a wristwatch?). Then it dawned on me, the "L" sign is actually stands for the word "LOSER".

I was aghast, I don't know this girl, this is the first time I ever laid eyes on her. How dare she make such a rude and not to mention totally inappropriate gesture towards me? I removed my the earphones of my ipod from my ears to demand that she explain herself. She was already mouthing words before I could remove my headset and then she was saying gibberish, words which are not related to each other! What I mean is she sang a stanza of the Philippine National Anthem, then she said the word "Youth for Christ" and then "Kentucky Fried Chicken". I mean, duh, what is that? Does that make sense to any of you?

For like 10 seconds, I was too surprised to say anything. Then I felt blood rush to my head and I stiffly put the earphones in my ears again and played music. I turned my back on the insane girl and of all the nerve, she touched my elbow as if she still wanted to speak to me. I shook her hand off and walked away and she followed me for like 10 meters. I couldn't hear her anymore, I had loud music playing in my ear. Then I guess she gave up and then went back to wherever hole she came from.

This is not actually the strangest thing that has happened to me, but this is certainly one of the most disturbing. I was afraid to turn my back to her, to be honest. I was worried that she might stab me in the back, I definitely think that either she was high on drugs or demented. Maybe its her idea of a sick joke, I don't know.

Anyway, that's what happened. I will not devote more time thinking about her, she doesn't deserve it. Gosh, a few more minutes and my brain cells might have died, she was so icky, she was crazy!

Well, enough venting. Thanks again for reading this far. Take care and enjoy my blog! Love you!

P.S. This the gesture the "Crazy Girl" made.
